Terms & Conditions

1. Prices shown do not include postage cost.
2. No exchange or refunds allowed once payment is made.
3. Full payment required before items are sent out.
4. Postage of items through normal mail or registered mail only.
5. Delivery is only through normal mail or registered mail. We do not provide meet-up's.
6. We will not be responsible for lost mail if normal postage is chosen.
7. Postage price will depend on weight and choice of mail, we will advise upon confirmation of order.
8. Payment is to be made within 72 hours upon confirmation e-mail from changing affairs. Failure to do so will deem order as canceled.(changing affairs has only one e-mail address @ changing_affairs@hotmail.com. )
   
9. In the event that customers have made payment and changing affairs is not able to meet the order, customers may either request for a full refund or place another order.
10. Priority will be given to customers who make payment to changing affairs and available stock will be given to them first.
11. Placing an order does not constitute a reservation unless payment is made. Thank You! =)
